San Marcos approves tax credits resolution for low-income multifamily project
“San Marcos City Council approved a resolution supporting an application for 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs on March 18. In a nutshell: The proposed 348-unit multifamily project, dubbed Roers San Marcos Multifamily, would be located at 2409 S. Old Bastrop Hwy., according to agenda documents. The project would have 15 buildings that consists of one-, two-and three-bedroom units for individuals making 60% of the area median income or less.”
