Portland General Electric expands discount program for low-income customers
“Portland General Electric is expanding a program to help low-income customers pay their electric bills. PGE increased its rates for residential customers 18% this year, or an average of about $24 a month. Now the utility is expanding its discount program to help low-income people meet those payments.”
