Question: I am going to read some proposals that have been made about some health-related issues facing California. Please tell me whether you favor or oppose each one. Increase the minimum wage in California by one dollar per hour each year for five years, which would boost it from 10 dollars per hour in 2016 to 15 dollars per hour by the year 2021.
