“A new study finds that delivering the $15 minimum wage that Biden has tried — and failed — to get through Congress would lift millions of Americans out of poverty. In a paper from the Urban Institute and funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, authors Gregory Acs, Linda Giannarelli, Kevin Werner, and Ofronama Biu look at what might happen if a $15 minimum wage was enacted.”
