GovGuam acquires building for new homeless shelter

“The facility is being renovated with $3 million through the Investment Para Hamyo program, which is funded by the U.S. Department of the Interior.

Currently there is no date for when renovations will be completed because of a shortage of building materials on island, said Rob San Agustin, the acting director for the Office of Homelessness Assistance and Poverty Prevention.”
