October 5 Forum – Housing Insights: A New Tool for Preserving Affordable Housing in Washington, D.C.

A team of Washington, D.C., nonprofits will partner with the Urban Institute to release a new website that will centralize data on affordable housing in the region, including housing units, subsidy programs, public transit, and zoning restrictions. The release event will include a demonstration of the tools and a conversation with the project director, Neal Humphrey. Speakers include Matt Bailey, co-founder of Code for DC; Polly Donaldson, director of the DC Department of Housing and Community Development; and Stephen Glaude, president and CEO of the Coalition of Nonprofit Housing and Economic Development.
