A recent poll conducted by the Center for American Progress and Latino Decisions sought to shed light on the most important issues of concern for black women and Latina voters, two key demographics that will help determine the outcome of the November presidential election. The findings of this poll, which include the prioritization of economic security and equality, will be discussed in detail during a forum featuring panelists Teresa Younger, president and CEO of the Ms. Foundation for Women; Silvia Manzano, principal of Latino Decisions; and Melissa Harris-Perry, director of the Anna Julia Cooper Center at Wake Forest University and editor-at-large of Elle.com. The event will be held at CAP in Washington, D.C., from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. EDT. Click here to register.
