The Urban Institute and the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth will host a forum on how local leaders can use technology to create more equitable communities. Business and policy leaders from Boston, Philadelphia, D.C., and other large cities will explore how innovation in transportation, information, and communication technologies affect racial and economic inequality.
