December 14-15 – This Way Up Summit: New Thinking on Poverty and Economic Mobility

The incoming Trump administration will face the ongoing challenge of how to ensure economic mobility for all Americans. The This Way Up summit, sponsored by Opportunity America, the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), Manhattan Institute, Business Roundtable, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Opportunity Nation, and others, will convene policymakers and other leaders to discuss new strategies to create widespread economic opportunity. Confirmed speakers include House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI); Arthur Brooks, president of AEI; J.D. Vance, author of Hillbilly Elegy; and William Kristol, editor of The Weekly Standard.
