April 4 Forum – A Labor Market for the Digital Age: Pathways and Opportunities
Large-scale economic and technological changes have brought a wave of new opportunities and jobs, but also have the potential to force many Americans out of the workplace as they are replaced or made redundant by machines. The American Enterprise Institute, Center for American Progress (CAP), and Markle Foundation will co-sponsor an event to discuss the future of the American labor market in the digital age. Speakers include Arthur Brooks, president of AEI; Neera Tanden, president of CAP; Zoë Baird, CEO and president of the Markle Foundation; Mitch Daniels, president of Purdue University; and Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper. The event will be held at AEI in Washington, D.C., from 1:30 – 3 p.m. EDT. Click here to register.
