June 10 – White House Briefing on Expanding Access to Paid Leave and Child Care
This White House briefing will provide an opportunity for business leaders to learn about President Biden’s plans in the American Families Plan to expand access to paid family and medical leave and child care, as well as discuss how these investments will help build on the momentum of the American Rescue Plan’s investments to build a stronger, more equitable economy that supports families and businesses. The call will be hosted by White House Office of Public Engagement Director & Senior Advisor to the President Cedric Richmond and will feature White House Council of Economic Advisors Chair Cecilia Rouse and White House American Rescue Plan Coordinator & Senior Advisor to the President Gene Sperling. The event will take place on Thursday, June 10 at 2 p.m. EST.
