Spotlight Webcast — Seth DiStefano on the EITC in West Virginia

The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities recently held their state policy conference, Impact 2016, a national gathering of policy experts and advocates to explore new strategies to build thriving communities and expand economic opportunity.
