“The state poured $1 million into a venture known as the Cliff Effect Pilot Program to help low-income workers and their families reach financial stability even when their earnings slightly increase. The investment is supported by the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, the Western Massachusetts EDC, Springfield Works and the Economic Pathways Coalition of Massachusetts.”
