Richmond Times-Dispatch, February 16, 2016: New Ashland group seeks to reduce town’s poverty by 10 percent

“After steadily building community recognition, the first such group in Virginia — Circles Ashland — will begin recruiting its first cohort of 25 in coming months. The group, which will focus on families with children, has a goal of reducing the number of people in the town of Ashland living below the federal poverty line by 10 percent.”
