A Plan to Boost Wages for Non-College Grads
A new report from the Brookings Institution lays out a policy agenda to improve employment opportunities and earnings among non-college graduates, a group whose wages have fallen well behind those of more educated workers in recent years. The recommendations include federal support for community colleges and targeted aid to particularly depressed regions.
