New program assists Columbus homeowners with low income
“The City of Columbus, in partnership with the Columbus Area Habitat for Humanity, launched a new program to help low-income Columbus homeowners get some needed repair work done on their homes. The program is called the Homeowner Accessibility Rehabilitation Program or HARP.”
