New initiative to help low-income families with young kids
“A new initiative is preparing to deploy developmental specialists to assist low-income families with young children. Central Missouri Community Action in September will send 13 family development specialists across its eight counties to begin making home visits to families with children in Head Start, Early Head Start and families with children in its Housing Choice Voucher program.”
