Mississippi Town Could Aid Low-Income Housing Amid Crunch
“A north Mississippi college town may grant incentives to developers who build low-cost housing. The Oxford Eagle reports that city officials are considering the waiving city fees and possibly aiding stormwater and utility needs for such developments. The first development that could benefit from the plan consists of 48 three-bedroom townhouses.”
