Posted on

A new book by Steven Teles and David Dagan, “Prison Break: Why Conservatives Turned Against Mass Incarceration,” explores the conservative prison reform movement and draws broader lessons about achieving policy compromise in a highly polarized environment. The American Enterprise Institute (AEI) will host a panel to discuss the book and criminal justice reform more broadly. Speakers include Teles, fellow at the New America Foundation; Heather Mac Donald, fellow at the Manhattan Institute; Harold Pollack, professor at the University of Chicago, and Vikrant Reddy, senior research fellow at the Charles Koch Institute. The event will be held at AEI in Washington, D.C., from 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. EDT. Click here to register.
