May 22-25 Conference – 2019 National Health Care for the Homeless Conference & Policy Symposium
The National Health Care for the Homeless Council will hold its annual gathering of advocates, policymakers, consumers, clinicians and administrators. The conference will include trainings on health and homelessness, visits to Capitol Hill, site visits to local homeless service organizations and a Social Justice Rally. Speakers include Catherine E. Lhamon, chair of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, and Leilani Farha, UN special rapporteur on the right to adequate housing. The conference will be held at the Grand Hyatt in Washington, D.C.
