March 15 Webinar – Opening Mobility Pathways by Closing the Financial Services Gap
Access to financial services can very widely among American communities, with rural areas and communities of color lacking basic banking and other services. The US Partnership on Mobility from Poverty will host a webinar to discuss four new proposals to expand access to capital and spur mobility from poverty. Speakers include William J. Bynum, CEO of the Hope Enterprise Corporation; Diana Elliott, senior researcher at the Urban Institute; and Lionel Foster, communications director at the Partnership.
