Local reaction to National Grid halting low-income energy assistance program
“National Grid has temporarily paused their low-income energy savings program. The Worcester Community Action Council said National Grid halting their low-income energy savings program comes as a surprise, but it can be looked at as an indicator of the program’s success. WCAC is one of more than 20 providers for the low-income energy affordability network in the Mass Save program for low- and moderate-income households.”
