LIHEAP applications accepted starting in October
“Seniors and those with disabilities can soon start applying for help with their utility bills.
The RPC office, 1776 E. Washington Street, Urbana, Illinois will start taking applications for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for winter heating assistance starting October 1, 2019”
