Kids can get free meals in Danbury this summer, but experts say program should be permanent
“The meals offered in congregate fashion at Danbury’s public library come provided through a partnership with Danbury Public Schools, which coordinates 13 meal distribution points offering meals to thousands of students over the summer made possible through U.S. Department of Agriculture programs administered by the Connecticut State Department of Education.”
