January 21 Forum – Federal Reserve Surveys of the Economic Well-Being of U.S. Households

Since 2013, the Federal Reserve Board has used the Survey of Household Economics and Decisionmaking (SHED) to supplement other longer-standing surveys on the economic conditions of U.S. households. The Urban Institute will host an event to discuss SHED, the main takeaways from the most recent survey, and what to expect in the 2016 results. Speakers include Federal Reserve Board researchers Dave Buchholz, Jeff Larrimore, and Jeff Thompson. The event will be held at the Urban Institute in Washington, D.C., from 12:30 – 2 p.m. EST.
