Huge Racial Divide in Financial Security in Cities

An update to the Prosperity Now Scorecard ranks the 64 largest U.S. cities on measures of financial stability and wealth, finding a stark racial divide between the highest and lowest ranking cities. The top ten cities in the report have an average black population of 7.8 percent, while the lowest ranking cities are nearly 46 percent black.
