Hope Network starts work on $40M housing project at former Fulton Manor
“The first phase of construction has started for a low-income apartment project long in the works at a former senior housing facility in Grand Rapids’ Eastown neighborhood. Cascade Township-based Hope Network said in a statement Thursday it began the first phase of construction last month on its $40 million Eastpointe Commons apartment project at the former Fulton Manor, located at 1450 E. Fulton St. in Grand Rapids.”
