Hamilton County plans major cuts for low-income residents
“Getting a new furnace or having your furnace repaired at this time of year can be an inconvenience and a struggle. But for our most vulnerable neighbors, it is an absolute emergency. The clients People Working Cooperatively (PWC) serves are elderly, low-income, and disabled homeowners, and when their heat goes out, they have nowhere to go and no one to turn to.”
