Instead, when Education Secretary Betsy DeVos took the stage in Indianapolis at the American Federation For Children’s National Policy Summit, she talked philosophy. ‘It’s fitting that we’re in Indiana, one of the states that is providing real choices for families and students,’ DeVos told the crowd.”
