How this Economic Boom May (Finally) Improve Low Wage Care Jobs

“For several decades, policy analysts and worker advocates have bemoaned the low wages and high turnover in direct care jobs—personal care aides, home health aides, nursing assistants. Now a combination of economic forces, propelled by the current economic boom, might finally achieve the improvements that have evaded past advocacy efforts.
