Bristol organization has program to help homeless families, encourages people to reach out
“Following the death of a homeless man in Bristol, Tennessee last month, Bristol Family promise says it is important to let the homeless know about the resources that are available to them.
Board president, Dottie Havik said their mission is to help empower families to secure sustainable housing.
‘We can help people who are homeless find a place and we can pay for their rent for a couple of months until they get established,’ she said. ‘We can take care of utility bills.'”
