April 3 – Forum on Paid Family Leave
The American Enterprise Institute (AEI) will host a forum on paid family leave featuring Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA). Following a moderated discussion with Senator Cassidy, a panel will analyze current paid family leave proposals at the state and federal level. Panelists include Douglas Holtz-Eakin, president of the American Action Forum; Harry Holzer, professor of public policy at Georgetown University; Isabel Sawhill, senior fellow at the Brookings Institution; Jane Waldfogel, professor at the Columbia University School of Social Work and codirector of the Columbia Population Research Center; and moderator Aparna Mathur, resident scholar at AEI.
