Speakers include Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-CT); Melissa Boteach, vice president of the Poverty to Prosperity Program at CAP; Peter Edelman, director of the Georgetown Center on Poverty and Inequality; and Jeff Madrick, senior fellow at the Century Foundation.
